MedERP subscription terms 1. Monthly subscription By registering or updating a MedERP hospital subscription, you authorise MedERP / its payment partner (Razorpay) to collect the quoted monthly amount by auto-debit (UPI AutoPay, card, or other supported mandate methods) every billing cycle until you cancel. 2. First payment and recurring charges The amount shown at registration or checkout is charged immediately to start the subscription. The same monthly amount (or the updated amount after a scheduled change) will be auto-debited on each subsequent billing cycle. 3. Package changes If you add staff seats or modules from the Subscription page, the new monthly amount is shown for confirmation. Those changes apply from the next billing cycle (not mid-cycle), and the Razorpay mandate is updated accordingly. Access for newly added seats or modules is granted when the next cycle starts (or as stated on the Subscription page). 4. Cancellation You may cancel from the Subscription page. Cancellation at period end keeps access until the current cycle ends; auto-debit stops afterward. No refund is due for unused days in the current cycle unless required by law or agreed in writing. 5. Failed payments If a recurring charge fails, Razorpay may retry as per its mandate rules. Persistent failure may pause or halt the subscription and restrict hospital access until payment is restored. 6. Fair use and account responsibility The hospital super admin is responsible for authorised users, seat limits, and accurate billing details. Misuse, chargebacks in bad faith, or sharing credentials may lead to suspension. 7. Changes to terms or pricing MedERP may update pricing or these terms with notice via the product or email. Continued use after the next billing cycle constitutes acceptance of non-material updates. Material price increases for an existing package will be communicated before the next debit. 8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of the jurisdiction stated by MedERP Software Pvt Ltd. By checking “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and authorise recurring auto-debit for the selected package.
